Single Parents on Holiday was launched in 2006 to meet the needs of single parent families. Frustrated with the lack of quality holidays on offer that met the desires of divorced, separated or bereaved mums and dads, we designed a range of high quality, yet affordable single parent family holidays. And we have never looked back.

We have a unique concept: 4-star accommodation with a 5-star service. Unlike big tour operators, we offer something different – a holiday where you will have fun, like-minded company of other one-parent families and the services of a host who will ensure that you have an enjoyable, hassle-free holiday.

Quality not quantity: We take great care when selecting hotels and destinations and firmly believe Single Parents on Holiday has something to suit everyone! Our single parent families can choose between beach holidays, fun activity holidays and winter sports holidays. Our family-friendly hotels include many 4-star hotels and a 5-star hotel which offer a wide range of facilities including spa, indoor and/or outdoor pool, sports facilities and a fun kids and/or family programme.

Escorted group holidays: For your peace of mind, all single parent holidays are accompanied by a Single Parents on Holiday host. He/she will arrange your safe return transfer from the airport to the hotel, organise excursions/activity programme/ski school & equipment hire for the group, and ensure you and your children have a wonderful time from start to finish. Most of all, you can enjoy your holiday in the company of other single parents whilst your children will love making lots of new friends.

Your Financial Protection: Single Parents on Holiday Ltd. holds financial protection insurance: When you book a holiday with us, you can be confident that your money is safe and that you are given a full refund by our insurers in the unlikely event of our financial failure.

Fly from the airport of your choice: For your convenience, Single Parents on Holiday does not restrict you to fly from London or other pre-determined airports or with a particular airline. We offer you one or more destination airports to fly to from your local airport, and will arrange your transfer to the hotel. Simply book your own flight or contact our partner Air Viceroy on 020 8777 6006 for a full range of flights from all UK airports to your chosen destination.

Transparent pricing: All of our holidays are clearly priced - please see our holiday pages for our price tables. Each holiday page states exactly which facilities and activities are included in the holiday and what is available locally at a surcharge. What’s more, the first child always travels at a reduced rate whilst second and third children under 12 receive further discounts. And as usual we offer a special loyalty discount on all of our summer and autumn holidays to thank our many customers who travel with us year after year.

Our 2012 programme will include our single parents’ favourites as well as several new hotels. Choose between skiing in Salzburg’s famous Ski Amadé region and the well-known picturesque ski resort of Schladming in Styria (Austria), lying on the beach in Agadir (Morocco), Lanzarote (Spain), Kos (Greece) or Cape Sani (Greece) and activity holidays in Andalusia, Italy and the Austrian Alps.
