Join us and other single parents and their children on our
half-term winter sports holiday in the Austrian Alps.

Located at an altitude of 800 m at the foot of the Gernkogel Mountain and an hour from the city of Salzburg, our family winter sports resort near St. Johann is part of Salzburg´s huge skiing region, Ski Amadé, with runs stretching over 860 km.

Skiing/Snowboarding Fun:

Our family friendly 4-star hotel is only a stone's throw from the cable car which takes you straight to the ski school, where you can drop off the kids for their lessons. This is also the perfect starting point for our single parents to meet their instructor, ski/board with the other parents or meet for a glass of mulled wine in one of the many traditional huts. Austria offers some of the best skiing in the world and its ski schools are renowned for their qualified instructors who will teach your children playfully. Expect your kids to progress quickly and to want to come back year after year! The little ones will love the Ski World where they get started on magic carpets and carousels before progressing to the slopes.

Other Activities on Offer:

In addition to skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing, there are many ways to enjoy the beautiful winter landscape: Explore by foot and admire the panoramic views, join the weekly trip on snowshoes or enjoy a ride through the wonderful winter scenery in a horse-drawn carriage. Most of all, make sure to save some energy for our toboggan evening which will be a fun and memorable experience for kids and parents!

The Hotel and its Facilities:

Exhausted from an active day in the fresh mountain air, our single parents and their children will appreciate the comfort of our 4-star hotel: Comfortably newly refurbished rooms with cable TV, telephone, safe, wireless internet access and en suite bathroom with hairdryer and bathrobe invite to relax. Look forward to the spacious indoor pool or a little pampering in the hotel's sauna and spa area followed by a 4-course dinner with local dishes and a range of wines from the hotel's own wine cellar.
