Crete is the largest of the Greek islands and combines snow-capped mountains, rolling hills covered with olive trees and over 1000 km of varied coastline. It also offers a mix of large tourist resorts, small fishing villages, remote settlements and cities such as Heraklion, inhabited for almost 8000 years and home to a major archaeological museum, trendy cafes and shops and many hidden treasures.

The Hotel and Beach:

Our family friendly 4-star hotel is located only 32 km east of our flight destination, Heraklion, by the village of Stalis with many shops, cafs and bars and around 1 km from lively Malia.

Stunning subtropical gardens with magnificent views of the Bay of Malia surround the main building and bungalows. We have chosen this hotel for its high standard and wonderful facilities for both parents and children. This is the perfect place to unwind and be spoilt whilst spending time with your children and adult company alike.

All rooms feature en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, satellite tv, radio, refrigerator, hair dryer and a private balcony or terrace.

The hotel is located directly by a beautiful 400 metre long private sand beach which gradually slopes into the sea. Sun worshippers, water sports lovers and kids will all find themselves at home here and can enjoy a range of activities such as parasailing, banana boats, pedalos and much more. There are also several swimming pools and adventure pools with water chutes and games to keep your kids entertained.

Sports and Entertainment:

The kids club offers 4 to 12 year olds daily activities, games, kids shows, a disco evening and much more. There is also a pool table, games room, table football and table tennis which the older children enjoy.

Apart from the hotel restaurant, where our single parent families will meet for breakfast and dinner and enjoy the glorious sea view, there are a number of Greek taverns, a bar and a beer garden where you can relax after dinner. Our hotel also organises evening entertainment such as shows, Greek evenings, barbecues and disco evenings.

Whilst some parents enjoy working out in the hotel's modern fitness room, there is a wide range of sporty activities on offer for everyone such as tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, water sports and several swimming pools.

A luxurious spa and health centre extending over more than 800 m with indoor pool, sauna and bathing areas offers a range of intensive face and body treatments. You might decide to start your holiday with Hamam, an oriental all-body treatment including a luxurious body peeling and massage on 'a hot stone'. Why not experience the ultimate relaxation with a herbal bath and an aromatherapy massage? Mums can also spoil themselves with a wide range of beauty treatments, whilst the kids are enjoying themselves at the Mini Club.

If you are keen to explore the island, you can choose from a number of organized trips. Popular destinations include the Palace of Knossos near Heraklion, boat trips to nearby islands, Cretes biggest aqua park Water City, the fertile Lassithi Plateau and the famous Samaria Gorge.
